Our Allied Health services are designed to help people improve their physical, emotional, and functional wellbeing through personalised, evidence‑based support. We work with individuals of all ages and abilities, offering therapeutic care that strengthens skills, builds confidence, and supports meaningful participation in daily life.

Whether someone is recovering from injury, managing a long‑term condition, striving for peak performance, or seeking support to navigate everyday challenges, we deliver care that is practical, respectful, and centred on the individual.

We proudly offer these services to private clients, athletes, WorkCover clients, Department of Veterans Affairs clients, and NDIS participants. No matter the referral pathway, our focus remains the same: delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support that helps people move forward with confidence and independence.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Lee Clark

Lee Clark is a highly respected Strength and Conditioning and Rehabilitation Coach with more than 25 years of experience developing athletic performance across rugby league, football, track and field, and surfing. A former professional sprinter for over 20 years, he brings a unique blend of practical athletic insight and scientific expertise to his coaching.

Lee holds a Master of Medical Science in Human Physiology and a Bachelor of Education in PDHPE. He is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and one of the few coaches to achieve both Level 3 and Master Strength and Conditioning Coach accreditations through the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA). He also holds certifications in FMS, SFMA, First Aid, Resuscitation, Working With Children, and NDIS Worker Screening.

Across more than 15 years with the Newcastle Knights and Newcastle Jets, Lee played a key role in designing and delivering elite performance programs. He has consulted to athletes and teams at state, national, and international levels and is regularly invited to speak on athlete preparation and performance optimisation.

Beyond sport, Lee has worked extensively in the orthopaedic industry and served as the Lead Strength, Conditioning, and Rehabilitation Coach for the NSW Police Force RECON Program, coordinating a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation services.

Lee’s broad experience across elite sport, rehabilitation, and medical environments reflects his commitment to evidence‑based practice and the holistic development of every athlete and client he supports.
